About J Staal Modular Structures:

It is easy to change the position of door(s) and windows for installation and to replace them when they are damaged since all panels are easily dismountable.

Transportation cost is minimal since 4 modules can be moved by a truck. Space for storage is minimal.

Fluorescent lamp, exhaust fan, breaker and minimal in-house wiring are provided as a standard package.

Forklift pockets are installed for easy handling and transportation.

You can use as single unit, multiple units and two story house.

Simply constructive Knockdown style structure

All panels are 35mm thick urethane sandwich panel which has good insulation effect and noise prevention.

BASIC FEATURES

1. Walls : 35mm thick Sandwich Panel
2. Roof : 1.6mm thick corrugated steel roof + 50mm thick Polystylene board + 3.0mm thick decorated plywood
3. Floor : 1.0mm thick linolium floor + 18mm thick plywood
4. Window : Two PVC framed windows, 1000mm x 1000mm & 1000mm x 2000mm, with anti-theft frame
5. Door : One Steel Door (Opening : 1000mm x 2100mm high)
6. Forklift Pocket : One set (Opening : 110mm high x 210mm width)
7. All Sandwich Panel shall be (0.5mm thick color steel + Polyurethane + 0.5mm thick color steel)
8. Four(4) eye bolts only on the r shall be equipped with TYPE II for lifting from top.
9. No electric fittings shall be provided.
